GENERAL INFORMATION• Commisions are only for personnel purposes, unless they are for commercial use (will cost extra)
• You must pay before any work begins
• Give credit to the artist.
PAYMENT POLICY
• All my prices are in USD
• Payments will be done through PayPal.
• 50% of the payment is in advance and the other half after the approximate approval of the sketch/color.
• The price may increase depending on the complexity of the drawing (difficult backgrounds, complexity of the pose or costume, etc.).
REFUNDS
• Refunds are only available if I'm unable to finish the commission.
• The 50% upfront payment is NOT refundable once I started the commision.
COMMERCIAL USE
• The Artist retains the non-exclusive rights to sell merchandise and prints of his or her Work, unless the Client acquires exclusive commercial rights.
• Use of my art for NFTs, AI training, resale or modified alterations is prohibited.
• Give credit to the artist on the platforms.
COMMUNICATION
• Clients are required to provide clear requirements and expectations up front, be clear and concise with what they are asking for, including reference materials or assets before work begins. unless it is a full character design commission.
• Commissions are selected based on how well I can fulfill your request, I reserve the right to refuse your commission if I feel the project does not fit my style.
